I came back home after an epic journey on the Sunday train service from London to Manchester only to discover that my flatmates and I had forgotten to top up our electricity meter - that means no lights, no fridge, no hot water, no alarm clock!! It's not much fun having to grope around in the dark!It made me think about times that I've felt in the dark about stuff thats going on in my life and where it seems to be going, or not going. I've come to realise though that I don't always need to know what's coming next, I just need to get on with what I'm doing for God now and see where I end up.
